THE ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1938

An Act to amend the Arbitration Act 1908

[1 September 1938

1. Short Title and commencement- This Act may be cited as the Arbitration Amendment Act 1938, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Arbitration Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), and shall come into force on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine.
