An Act to repeal the Business Development Fund Act 1984

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Business Development Fund Repeal Act 1991-92.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1992.

2. Repeal

The Business Development Fund Act 1984 together with all the amendments is repealed.

This Act is administered by the Department of Trade, Labour & Transport
