An Act to amend the Cook Islands Government Property Corporation Act 1969

(19 August 1987

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Cook Islands Government Property Corporation Amendment Act 1987, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Cook Islands Government Property Corporation Act 1969 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").

2. Execution of documents

Subsection (1) of section 11 of the principal Act (as amended by section 18 of the Constitution Amendment (No.9) Act 1980-81) is amended by deleting the words "Secretary of the Prime Minister's department" and substituting the words "Secretary to the Cabinet".

This Act is administered by the Ministers of the Crown.
