An Act to amend the Civil List Act 1984

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Civil List Amendment Act 1990 and shall be read together with an deemed part of the Civil List Act 1984.

2. Repeal

Clause 8 subsection 2 of the Civil List Act 1984 is hereby repealed and substituted by the following -

"(2) Adjustments in Parliamentary salaries and allowances shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of section 11 of the Higher Salaries Commission Act 1989."
