PURSUANT to section 29 of the Ombudsman Act 1984, His Excellency the Queen's Representative acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2007.

(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on 15^th November 2006.

2. Revocation - The principal Act is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting the new Schedule attached hereto.
