PURSUANT to Section 55 of the Unit Titles Act 2005, the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following regulations.

1. Title - These regulations may be cited as the Unit Titles (Fees) Regulations 2007.

2. Interpretation - In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-

"Act" means the Unit Titles Act 2005, and words not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Act.

3. Fees - Where pursuant to the section of the Act described in the First Column of the Schedule to these regulations, the matter described in the Second Column of that Schedule is required to be done by the Registrar, the fee set out in the Third Column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Registrar.

Section 19(l)	Deposit of new Unit Plan	$50

Section 20(3)	Deposit of new Unit Plan	$50

Section 32(1)	Cancellation of Unit Plan Certificate of Title and entry of memorial	$50

Section 34(1)	Filing Declaration of Merger	$50

Section 41(6)	Lodgment with Register of addition or amendment to Body Corporate Rules	$100

Section 49	Depositing Order canceling Unit Plan	$50

Section 48(7)	Cancellation of Certificates of Title to units affected by a redevelopment	$25 per title

Section 48)7)	Issue of separate Certificates of Title in accordance with plan of redevelopment	$50 per title

Section 52(3)	Entering change of address for service of documents on Body Corporate	$50

As specified in second column	Entry of any memorial by the Registrar Including pursuant to any of sections 9(6), 19(3)(a),(b) or (c); 21(1), 32(1) or 34(3)(a).	$50
