PURSUANT to Section 41 of the Welfare Act 1989, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title - (1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare (Old Age Pension) (Christmas Bonus) Order 2008.

2. Christmas Bonus - In addition to the old age pension payable under the Welfare Act 1989, and the Welfare (Old Age Pension) (Christmas Bonus) Order 2008, each person currently entitled to the old age pension shall receive on the 23^rd day of December 2008, a Christmas bonus payment of $50.00.
