PURSUANT to Section 6(1) of the Welfare Act 1989, His Excellency the Queen's
Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the owing Order:

ORDER

1. Title - (1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare (Child Benefit) (Christmas Bonus) Order 2008.

2. Christmas Bonus - In addition to the child benefit payable under the Welfare Act 1989, and the Welfare (Child Benefit) (Christmas Bonus) Order 2008, each child currently entitled to the child benefit shall receive on the 23^rd day of December 2008, a Christmas bonus payment of $50.00.
