(DECREE NO. 67 OF 2012)

2012 APPROPRIATION (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2012

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Republic of Fiji and the Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree—

Short title and commencement

1. This Decree may be cited as the 2012 Appropriation (Amendment) Decree 2012, and shall come into force on 22 November 2012.

Redeployment of $36,065,900

2. Columns 5 and 6 of the Schedule sets out the sum of $36,065,900 being redeployed in 2012 by virtue of section 22 of the Financial Management Act 2004.

Redeployment of $22,000,000

3. Columns 7 and 8 of the Schedule sets out the sum of $22,000,000 being redeployed in 2012 by virtue of section 22 of the Financial Management Act 2004.
