CONSUMER COUNCIL OF FIJI ACT (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1992

A DECREE TO AMEND THE CONSUMER COUNCIL OF FIJI ACT (Cap.235)

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Fiji and Commander-in-Chief, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree:-

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Consumer Council of Fiji Act (Amendment) Decree.

Interpretation

2. In this Decree, unless the context otherwise requires, "the Act" means the Consumer Council of Fiji Act (Cap.235).

Section 6 Amended

3. Section 6 is amended by deleting paragraphs (d), (e) and
(h) of subsection (2) of the Act.
