CONSTITUTION OF THE SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC RFPUBLIC OF FIJI (PROMULGATION) DECREE, 1990 (AMENDMENT) (NO. 1) DECREE, 1992

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Fiji and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and active in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree:

Short title, etc.

1.-(1) This Decree may be cited as the Constitution of the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Fiji (Promulgation) Decree. 1990 (Amendment) (No.1) Decree. 1992.

(2) In this Decree, the Constitution of the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Fiji (Promulgation) Decree, 1990 is referred to as "the principal Decree".

Section 4 amended

2. Section 4 of the principal Decree is amended by deleting the word "eighteen" and substituting the word "twenty-two".

Made this 21st day of January 1992.
