GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF FIJI
DECREE NO. 15
FIJIAN AFFAIRS (FIJIAN AFFAIRS BOARD MEMBERSHIP) DECREE 1988
IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Fiji, and after consultation with the Minister for Fijian Affairs, I hereby make the following decree-
Short title
1. This Decree may be cited as the Fijian Affairs (Fijian Affairs Board Membership) Decree 1988.
Suspension of provisions
2. The application of the provisions of sub-regulations (1) to (5) of Regulation 2 and Regulation 7 of the Fijian Affairs (Fijian Affairs Board) Regulations are hereby suspended.
Appointment to the Fijian Affairs Board
3. I hereby make the following appointments to the Fijian Affairs Board and such appointments shall remain in force until revoked:

Revocation of previous appointments
4. The appointments made under the Fijian Affairs (Fijian Affairs Board Membership) Decree, 1987 are hereby revoked.
