REPUBLIC OF FIJI

FIJI CONSTITUTION OF OFFICES DECREE 1987

INTERIM MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF FIJI DECREE NO. 7

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as Commander and Head of the Interim Military Government of Fiji, I hereby make the following decree:

1. This Decree may he cited as the Fiji Constitution of Offices Decree 1987.

2. The Commander and Head of the Interim Military Government of Fiji may constitute offices for Fiji, and make appointments to any such office and terminate any such appointment.

3. This decree is subject to the provisions of any other law in force in accordance with the Fiji Existing Laws Decree 1987.
