FIJI REVENUE AND CUSTOMS AUTHORITY
(AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) DECREE 2011
(DECREE No. 32 of 2011)

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as the President of the Republic of Fiji and the Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree -

TO AMEND THE FIJI REVENUE AND CUSTOMS AUTHORITY ACT 1998

Short title and commencement

1. This Decree may be cited as the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority (Amendment) (No. 3) Decree 2011 and shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Section 52 amended

2. Section 52 subsection (4) of the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority Act 1998 is amended by inserting a new sub-paragraph (g) after sub-paragraph (f) -

"(g) The Pharmacy and Poisons Board established under section 5 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act [Cap. 115] but only to the extent for the performance of the functions of the Board."
