DECREE NO. 41

FIJI SERVICE COMMISSIONS (AMENDMENT) DECREE, 1988

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Fiji and acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet I hereby make the following decree -

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Fiji Service Commissions (Amendment) Decree, 1988.

Amendment to Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fiji Service Commissions Decree 1988 is amended as follows-

(a) by deleting “Crown Solicitor” and replacing such by “State Solicitor”;

(b) by deleting “Chief Legal Officer” and replacing such by “Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions”;

(c) by inserting the office of “Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions” immediately above “Assistant Director of Public Prosecutor.”.
