FIJIANS TRUST FUND ACT (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2009

GOVERNMENT OF FIJI
(DECREE NO. 32 OF 2009)

A DECREE TO AMEND THE FIJIANS TRUST FUND ACT TO MAKE NEW PROVISION FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FIJIANS TRUST FUND BOARD

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as Vice-President of the Republic of Fiji by virtue of the Office of the Vice-President and Succession Decree 2009 I hereby make the following Decree:

Part 1 — PRELIMINARY

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Fijians Trust Fund Act (Amendment) Decree 2009.

Part 2 — AMENDMENT OF THE ACT

Section 7 amended

2. Section 7 of the Fijians Trust Fund Act is amended in subsection (3) by deleting—

(a) "including—"and substituting "of whom—";

(b) paragraph (a);

(c) in paragraph (b) ", who";

(d) in paragraph (c) ", who"; and

(e) in paragraph (d) ", who".
