AN ACT

TO AMEND THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 2008

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji -

Short title and commencement

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Telecommunications (Budget Amendment) Act 2020.

(2) This Act comes into force on 1 August 2020.

(3) In this Act, the Telecommunications Act 2008 is referred to as the "Principal Act".

Part 3 amended

2. The Principal Act is amended in Part 3 by deleting Division 4A.

Section 82 amended

3. Section 82(1) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (ga).
