(Amendment) Regulation 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 12 of the Act, and after consultation with the council. I make these Regulations -

Citation

1. These Regulation may be cited as the Land Transport (Fees and Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

Section 2 amended

2. Regulation 2 of the National Road Safety Council (Fees and charges) Regulation 2000 is amended by deleting "(a) Defensive Driving Course $35" and substituting it with -
