LEGAL NOTICE N0, 24

AMENDMENT OF PILOTAGE FEES
(HARBOUR ORDINANCE CAP. 40)

In accordance with the powers conferred on me by Section 53 of the Harbour Ordinance Cap. 40, I hereby amend Regulation 5 (1) of the Harbour Regulations to read as follows -

"For every vessel employing a licenced pilot there shall be payable whenever the vessel enters port, leaves port or shifts within the port a pilotage fee calculated at the rate of 3.0 cents per Gross Registered Ton, provided that in no case shall the pilotage fee be less than $80 nor more than $320".

This amendment shall be in fore, from the 24th day of October 1986
