In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Native Lands Ordinance, Cap. 61, the Beretitenti, acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet, hereby makes the following Regulations: -

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Native Lands Leases Regulations 1982 and shall come into operation on the 31st day of March 1982.

2. Schedule 2 to Regulation 9 of the Native Lands Leases Regulations by revoking Schedule 2 and replacing with the following Schedule 2.

1 (a)	For surveying land or demarcating a boundary or boundaries for each parcel surveyed, or preparing a plan and providing 3 or 2 copies thereof for a lease or sublease - or for each boundary established.	$ 30.00
(b)	For preparation of leases per set of 3 copies and submission of proposed lease to the Lands Court under section 10(2)	10.00
(c)	For preparation of subleases - per set of 2 copies and registration under section 10 (5) or 13.	10.00
(d)	For preparation of a copy of a document 9 registered under section 10(5) or 13 - per page.	1.00
(e)	For registration of assignment or assignments and transfer or transfers under section 13.	5.00
(f)	Making a memorial of surrender upon a lease or sublease under section 18	2.00
(g)	For searching leases Register or Subleases Register.	1.00
(h)	For surveying a lease of individual lands which form part of a block of land the perimeter of which is demarcated.	30.00
(i)	For surveying an individual lease	35.00
