VISAS EXEMPTION
(NO 1) ORDER 1982

Power

1 By virtue and in exercise of the power contained in section 14(2) of Chapter 66A, the Minister hereby makes the following ORDER:

Short Title

2. This order may be cited as the Visas Exemption No. 1) Order 1982.

Exemption for Nationals and citizens

3. Nationals and citizens of the following countries are hereby exempted from obtaining a visa before entering Kiribati:

Denmark; Iceland; Liechtenstein; Norway; San Marine; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland; Tunisia; Uruguay; Republic of Korea.

Exemption for Nationals and Citizens of Commonwealth Countries

4. Nationals and Citizens of the following Commonwealth countries are hereby EXEMPTED from obtaining a visa before entering Kiribati;

Antigua; Bahamas; Barbados; Bermuda; Botswana; British Virgin Islands; Canada; Cayman Islands; Cook Islands; Cyprus; Falkland Islands; Fiji; Gibraltar; Grenada; Guyana; Hong Kong; India; Jamaica; Kenya; Lesotho; Malaysia; Malta; Montserrat; Niue; St. Kitts-Nevis; St. Lucia; Western Samoa; Seychelles; Sierra Leone; Singapore; Solomons; Tonga; Trinidad and Tobago; Turks and Caicos; Tuvalu; United Kingdom (not Northern Ireland); Vanuatu, Zimbabwe.

Exemption for Nationals and Citizens of non-Commonwealth countries

5. Nationals and Citizens of the following non-Commonwealth Countries are hereby EXEMPTED from obtaining a visa before entering Kiribati:

Ecuador; Guam and Trust Territories (20 days); Philippines (21 days); American Samoa (30 days); Republic of Korea.
