PUBLIC ORDER ORDINANCE
(CAP. 95)

DESIGNATED AREAS (NO.3) ORDER, 1980

The Beretitenti, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(3) of the Public Order Ordinance, being satisfied that it is in the interests of public order to do so, hereby makes the following Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Designated Areas (No. 3) Order 1980.

2. The whole area of South Tarawa from and including Tanaea to and including Betio is a designated area.

3. This Order shall remain in force until midnight on 31 August, 1980.
