§1101. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the 'Financial Year Act 1986'. [P.L. 1986-7, §1.]

§1102. Change of financial year.

It is hereby declared that for the purposes of the Constitution of the Marshall Islands and for all purposes of the Government of the Marshall Islands the financial year of the Republic is the period of twelve (12) months commencing on the first day of October and ending on the thirtieth day of September. [P.L. 1986-7 §2.]
