§201. Short title.

This Chapter may be cited as the Public Service Commission Compensation Act 1983. [P.L. 1983-14, §1.]

§202. Public Service Commission compensation.

The Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission shall receive their salaries as follows:

• (a) the Chairman of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of $30,000 per annum; and
  
• (b) the members of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of $27,000 per annum; and
  
• (c) the Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission shall be entitled to other benefits normally accorded by employees of the Public Service, except for annual and sick leave.
