PRESIDENTIAL ORDER 19
ARTICLE 78

By virtue of the powers vested in me under Article 78(1) of the Constitution of Nauru, I MARCUS STEPHEN, President of the Republic of Nauru order as follows:

1. Presidential Order 3 dated 11 June 2010 (limiting actions to the Supreme Court) is hereby revoked.
