Cabinet makes the following regulations under the Electoral Act

1 Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

2 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3 Regulations amended
The Schedule amends the Electoral Regulations 2013.

[1] Amendment of regulation 6—Application for proxy voting authorisation

Regulation 6(5), after paragraph (m)

insert

(n) for the general election on 8 June 2013:

(i) Romys Eobob (Melbourne);

(ii) Kramer Cain (Sydney);

(iii) Clara Alefaio (Auckland);

(iv) Issac Seymour (Tuvalu);

(v) Pastor Stanley Dabuae (Kiribati);

(vi) Anne Billeam (Marshall Islands);

(vii) Claudelle Adeang (Papua New Guinea);

(viii) Camilla Solomon (Manilla);

(ix) Francis Amram (Solomon Islands).
