Lands (Review of Land Rental Rates) Order 2014

Cabinet in exercise of its powers under section 16 of the Lands Act 1976 of Nauru makes the following Order –
1 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Lands (Review of Land Rental Rates) Order 2014.
2 Commencement
This Order shall commence on 1 July 2014.
3 New land rental rates

| Cemetery, Coconut land & Non-commercial residential sites | $1.20/m² | $3.60/m² |
| Special Public Use Land (Education/Hospital/Fire/Police) | $1.20/m² | $4.00/m² |
| Special Commercial (Aerodrome) | $2.40m² | $7.00/m² |
| Commercial I Land (Phosphate/Land/Ronphos/RPC/NUC/Hotels/Air Terminal/Commercial Residential/Government) | $3.60/m² | $8.50/m² |
| Special Commercial Reserve Land (PI-Permanent Installation Phosphate Land) | $3.60/m² | $7.50/m² |
