REPUBLIC OF NAURU


CIVIL PROCEDURE ACT 1972


COURT FEES RULES 1994


IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by section 58 of the Civil Procedure Act 1972, I hereby make the following rules of court.


TITLE


1. These Rules may be cited as the Court Fees Rules 1994.


FEES


2. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Rules shall be paid to the Republic in respect of the matters referred to therein.


REPEAL


3. The Court fees Rules 1979 is hereby repealed.
