An Act to amend certain enactments of the General Assembly of New Zealand

l. Short Title -This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment Act 1948.

Industrial and Provident Societies

20. (1) This subsection substituted a new section for s. 19 of the principal Act.

(2) (a) This paragraph amended s. 8(a)(iii) of the principal Act.

(b) This paragraph amended s. 8(a)(iv) of the principal Act.

(c) Repealed by s. 7(1)(b) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1957.

(d) This paragraph amended s. 23 of the principal Act.
