PORT AND SERVICE TAX (AMENDMENT) TAX ACT, 1990

AN ACT

TO AMEND THE PORT AND SERVICE TAX ACT

[23rd October, 1990]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

(1) This Act may be cited as the Port and Service Tax (Amendment) Tax Act, 1990
(2) Section 2 (1) of the Port and Service Tax Act is amended by deleting the words "seventeen and one half per cemtum" and inserting the words "twenty per cent".

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 23 day of October, 1990.
