INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION

GS 7 of 2003

COMMUNICATIONS ACT 2000

In accordance with section 14 of the Communications Act 2000, I hereby delegate the authority to the Secretary for Communications to issue radio communication licenses.
This delegation remain in force until revoked.

Given this 14th day of March, 2003 by me.
