CIVIL AVIATION (PASSENGER SERVICE CHARGE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2003

The Legislative Assembly on 27th August, 2003 confirmed the Civil Aviation (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 published in the Tonga Government Gazette Supplementary Extraordinary No. 6 of March 17th 2003 with the following amendments:

a) Regulation 2(3) is amended by deleting the "$10" in line 4 and replacing it with "$5".
