IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Diplomatic Privileges Act (Cap. 161), as amended, His Majesty in Council ORDERS that this ORDER shall come into force on the same day as the Revenue Administration Act 2000 comes into force. It is further ORDERED that the following ORDERS-IN-COUNCIL are amended to the extent set out in the second column;

Diplomatic Privileges (International Civil	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Aviation Organisation) Order G. 161/51.	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (International Refugee	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation) Order G. 162/51	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (World Health	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation) Order G. 164/51	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (United Nations	Articles 5 is amended by deleting the words
Educational, Scientific, and Cultural	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
Organisation) Order G. 165/51	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (International Labour	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation) Order G.166/51	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (Food and Agriculture	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation) Order G. 168/51	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (Universal Post Union)	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Order G. 63/56	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (World Meteorological	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation) Order G. 64/56	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Diplomatic Privileges (International	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Telecommunication Union) Order G. 65/56	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative	Article 5 is amended by deleting the words
Organisation (Immunities and Privileges)	"Controller of Customs" and replacing them
Order G. 45/60	with "Chief Commissioner of Revenue".
