TONGAN INTERNET CORPORATION REGISTER ACT 2000
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Tongan Internet Corporation Register Act 2000, the Minister responsible for telecommunications, with the consent of Cabinet, makes the following regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tongan Internet Corporation Register (Fees) Regulations 2000.
2. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be in United States dollars and payable in respect of the matters to which they relate.
SCHEDULE
| 1. | For an application and registration of a Tongan Internet Corporation | US$600.00 |
| 2. | For a certificate of incorporation | US$100.00 |
| 3. | For annual renewal of registration | US$300.00 |
| 4. | For an application to register any charges affecting a Tongan Internet Corporation | US$100.00 |
| 5. | For certification of a copy of or extract from any document | US$100.00 |
| 6. | For an application for the restoration of a Tongan Internet Corporation to the register | US$400.00 |
| 7. | For an application to reserve a name for 12 months | US$100.00 |
