PHARMACY AND POISONS REGULATIONS

MADE UNDER SECTION 46 OF THE PHARMACY AND POISONS ACT¹

1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations.

2 Licence to sell medicines

The licence to a storekeeper to sell medicines shall be as set out in Schedule 1.

3 Licence to sell Poisons

The licence to a storekeeper to sell poisons shall be as set out in Schedule 2

4 Fees

The fees payable in respect of registration certificates and licences to sell medicines and poisons shall be as set out in Schedule 3.

MEDICINE LICENCE

(Section 30 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act)
