PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 2016

Act No.15 of 2016

AN ACT TO AMEND SCHEDULE 1 OF THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT

Commencement [1st October 2016]

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Salaries (Amendment) Act 2016.

2. Amendment
   
   • (a) Schedule 1 of the Prescription of Salaries Act is amended as follows:
     • By substituting the Taxable Salary of the following Office with the new salary rates:
       

(b) Part 23 of the Schedule 2 of the Prescription of Salaries Act is amended by increasing the Internal Entertainment allowance from $10,000 to $30,000.
(c) These amendments shall come into force from 1st October 2016.
