1 Citation

This Regulation may be cited as the Public Enterprise (Performance and Accountability) Regulation.

2 Amendment to Schedule 1 of the Act

Part A of Schedule 1 of the Public Enterprise (Performance and Accountability) Act is amended to include Tuvalu Post and Travel Limited as a Public Trading Enterprise.
