WIRELESS TELEGRAPH (SHIPS)
To control the use of wireless telegraph apparatus on merchant vessels in Vanuatu.
RULES FOR WORKING
(a) naval signalling;
(b) the working of any wireless telegraph station lawfully established installed or worked in Vanuatu or the territorial waters thereof; and
(c) the transmission of any messages between wireless telegraph stations established as aforesaid on land and wireless telegraph stations established on ships at sea.
APPARATUS NOT TO BE USED IN PORT EXCEPT BY PERMISSION
MINISTER MAY ISSUE FURTHER RULES
