FAIR TRADING ACT 1998:
SPECIAL PRICE ORDER No. 2 2006

The Prices Board, PURSUANT to section 56 of the Fair Trading Act 1998 (‘the Act’) and upon resolution made at its meeting dated 27^th June, ORDERS as follows:

1. Title and commencement – (1) This Order may be cited as the Special Price Order 2006 No.2 (‘the Order’).

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1^st day of July 2006.

2. Maximum prices for tobacco - The prices set out in the Schedule 1 shall be the maximum prices to be applied for the sale of tobacco at wholesale and retail prices in Samoa.

3. Maximum Prices for Beer - The prices set out in Schedule 2 shall be the maximum prices to be applied for the sale of Vailima Lager and Vailima Gold Beer in Samoa.

4. Revocation of previous Prices Orders - Any current Price Order made under the provisions of the Act, whether General or Special made with respect to the goods specified in Schedule 1 and 2 are revoked.
