PURSUANT to Section 56 of the Fair Trading Act 1998, the Prices Board, upon resolution made at the Prices Board meeting of 22 August 2006, HEREBY MAKE the following Special Price Order:
ORDER
1. Title and Commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Special Price Order 2006 No. 3.
(2) This Special Price Order shall come into effect on the 25 August 2006.
2. Maximum Prices to be applied - The prices set out in the Schedule shall be the Maximum Prices to be applied for the sale of:
(a) the Ten-Cigarette packet of Pall Mall Menthol; and
(b) the Ten-Cigarette packet of Pall Mall Filter
at Wholesale and Retail in Samoa. These prices are inclusive of the 12.5% Value Added Goods and Services Tax (VAGST).
