COMMENCEMENT ORDER

I, MALIETOA TANUMAFILI II, HEAD OF STATE OF THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF SAMOA, pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAMOA ACT 2006 (the Act), HEREBY ORDER that the provisions of that Act shall commence on the 1^st DAY OF JUNE 2006.
